The New York Bootcamp Fitness Meetup Group

Bootcamp style training in Central Park to get those bodies in shape for the Summer. Typically there will be varieties of push ups, sit ups and crunches, the plank, lunges, jumping jacks, bunny hops, squats, squat thrusts and dips with some hill work to help aerobic fitness.

The New York Bootcamp Fitness Meeting
Michelle and I are training for a marathon!! Today is our scheduled "LONG" run. We will be covering 20 miles starting in the park. We will then cut across to the West Side Highway and run the entire southern tip of the island, over the Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges, finishing by Gramercy Park on the East Side. You are more than welcome to start with us and finish wherever you want. Read more
