Michelle and I are training for a marathon!! Today is our scheduled "LONG" run. We will be covering 20 miles starting in the park. We will then cut across to the West Side Highway and run the entire southern tip of the island, over the Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges, finishing by Gramercy Park on the East Side. You are more than welcome to start with us and finish wherever you want. Michelle and I are different paces, and will basically be running on our own, therefore you can choose which pace is better for you! Michelle will be running 9:30 miles, I will be running 8 min miles. See you bright and early!!!

Here is a map of our run. We will add an extra mile at the track on the east side to make it a full 20miles
