CrossFit Cleveland holds free group workouts every Saturday morning for people who are looking for a better way to workout and meet new people. If you are tired of the same old workout routine, give us a try. Our members all say this is the best workout program they've ever tried. No one believes that they can get a great workout in less than 20-30 minutes until they try it. We constantly change routines so you never get bored. Crossfit is one of the fastest growing workout programs on the planet. It works for everyone - Navy Seals, Ultimate Fighters, soccer moms and even lazy executives. We have three CrossFit Certified trainers to teach you how to scale every workout to fit your individual fitness level. Young or old, we can get you in better shape. Our new CrossFit fitness training center is now open in Lakewood, OH. In addition to the free weekend workout, we'll have group CrossFit classes, Fitness BootCamps, Hapkido (Korean martial art), Parkour, kickboxing and ground grappling training. CrossFit Cleveland, OH Meeting
Our group will be meeting this Saturday morning at 9:30am for our free CrossFit Basic Training class. We teach some of the basic exercises that we use in our program, stressing proper form and technique. We finish with a 15-20 minute high intensity workout scaled to each person's fitness level.
We've been averaging about a dozen people every week for free workouts. Bring a friend and check us out. Read more

"9:30am every Saturday at the CrossFit Cleveland gym that is located at the corner of Madison & McKinley in Lakewood. Get there about 15 mins early to stretch, etc. Yes, the outdoor workouts are underneath the I-90 bridge in the Rocky River Metroparks. Keep an eye on the CrossFitCleveland.com website for info when that will start. I'm going to be out of town this Saturday but I am there pretty much every week otherwise. See you there soon!"

I have been training quite a bit for the Cleveland half marathon on May 18th(my B-day as well) What time do the indoor meetups in Lakewood begin again on Saturdays? Thanks for the info...Kathy A."
