Our OC Pole Fitness group is for women seeking a fun, flirty and effective alternative form of fitness. Pole dance for fitness is for EVERY woman. It doesn’t matter what size you are, how old you are, how much you weigh or how tall you are…there is something for everyone! Pole fitness movements incorporate yoga, pilates, strength training, cardio and exotic dance movements to build strength, flexibility, self confidence and overall fitness.
We host several meet ups through the year to:
-- gather women who are new to pole fitness
-- share advanced concepts for those already in pole fitness
-- provide a fun outlet for mom's groups
-- support our troops
-- support philanthropic causes (Race for the Cure, Talk About Curing Autism, Working Wardrobes, and more)
We host our pole events at the OC Pole Fitness studio in Aliso Viejo and always place the well-being of women paramount by providing a fun and effective experience in a supportive and secure atmosphere.
