C2F is about eating habits that keep the weight off for good! It's an 8 week program that guides you through 8 new healthy habits - resulting in fat loss, energy boost, increased wellness and a new set of habits that carry you through a lifetime!
How it Works:
(1) Small Groups. (20 Max) meet every other week for 8 weeks. Weekly Coaching, Team Support and Resources.
(2) Life Habits. Everyone is assigned one Life Habit each week (revealed at each team meeting by video clip/webinar!) The assignment is to incorporate each new habit and carrying over the previous week's habit, and so on, until all 8 habits are in place!
(3) The Game. We keep score for how well each person sticks to the habit. Prizes are given out at the end for the top scores!

Groups have started in Chandler/Gilbert and in Central Phoenix. More groups will be starting throughout the valley as membership grows. Groups meet at private residences.
