Mondays are good for me, and weeknights are much easier than weekends.
I want to be good at tennis, pretty much. I like dancey type aerobic classes I think.
I'd kind of like to lose weight, but mostly I just want to be able to go on a quick jog with my dogs without feeling like I'm going to pass out!

These ladies are so much fun to walk and talk with. They make getting in shape so easy. Everyone is really supportive and encouraging and that is just the best :) Also, Elizabeth is a super cool organizer.
