At the young age of 53, being a cancer survivor and carrying "a few" too many pounds, I look forward to getting together with women who would like to work on getting fit while having a good time.
I belong to Curves in Concord. I love the workout, but don't go often enough!
Weekend mornings are always good for me (I'm an early riser). Monday, Wednesday, Thursday evenings around 6:00 p.m. are good for me, too.
Dining out (of course), walking, hiking, being out in nature in general, movies, gardening, current events, museums and theater.
To drop at least 20 lbs and gain more muscle strength.
