Depends on my work schedule.. It is always different

Anything outdoors.. I walk around the lafayette reservoir almost every morning.. Absolutely gorgeous.. (Walking and hiking)
What are your fitness goals?
Stay fit, toned arms, legs, and stomach, eat healthy.. and feel grreat :)
