Zumba® fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast rhythms, slow rhythms, and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got Zumba®! Join the party!

We will have two back to back 30 minute classes, followed by Abs & Booty Camp, Fit Stick Class, and Get Lit at the Sports Barre(TM), then Candlelight Pilatease (our Pilates teaser class taught by candlelight). Come tonight and EVERY THURSDAY!
