Really looking to get back into shape. I quit smoking almost 6 years ago and gained 40 pounds. Looking to get back what I once had. I think support and motivation are key. Can't wait to get started.

I walk every day, but need to get into a routine.
I want to lose weight and tone.
Currently I just walk with my dog Gracie about 2 miles a day.
