Join a great group of people for motivation and support! We currently have 2 groups of run/walkers that follow the Jeff Galloway program, where we include walking breaks in our run. We also have a walkers only meetup group. Check the meetup calendar for detail descriptions of the run/walks and walks.

We have regular meetups every Saturday morning as well as during the week.
