Fitness Without Walls offers specialized fitness and weight loss training taught by experienced physical therapists in outdoor classes near Mission Bay and in Point Loma. The 1/2 hour core and 1 hour cardio and functional strength training classes are geared toward adults who are looking for a structured exercise program with expert instruction to reach their health and fitness goals. Classes are taught to challenge beginner to advanced level participants including post rehabilitation and post surgical orthopedic and weight loss clients. If you are looking for a fun way to burn calories and strengthen and tone your body, this class is THE way to get out and get in shape! Always consult your physician before beginning any exercise program.

      I encourage everyone to try this class at least 1 time. Since the first class is FREE, you have nothing to lose, (except calories!) and much to gain including expert exercise instruction by a physical therapist and a chance to meet awesome people!
