I am a certified personal trainer with over 11 years of experience. I have helped hundreds of clients get into (and stay in) the best shape of their lives, as well as being featured in dozens of media outlets, including "50 People to Watch". I hold you accountable to your goals, and do not let you give up on your dreams.

I have recently kicked off a new outdoor boot camp style workout, THE BOOT. We conduct THE BOOT classes everyday (yes, everyday) at two different times 5:30 a.m. and 8:45 a.m. We do a fun and always changing combination of strength training, cardio conditioning, core conditioning, functional training, flexibilty and kickboxing.
