Details
Join us and my friend, Mallory who is teaching the class, for an exciting and rewarding workout!
Class begins with an intense 20 to 30 minute workout involving numerous punching and kicking exercises. This is followed by 15 to 20 minutes of bag work, so bring gloves if you have them, if not, they are available for purchase.
Cool down consists of exercises for the abdominals and core muscle groups. This is a fast paced, upbeat, tremendously fun workout set to music and geared for all levels of fitness. So if you need to work at a less intense pace, that's OKAY!
