The Nashville "Art of Living" May Meeting
There will be a Full Moon guided meditation followed by a small 15 min video.
It is Open to ALL. Friends, families, kids ALL AGES ARE WELCOME.
Those who do not know what meditation is or consider it difficult, do not worry it is a GUIDED meditation by H.H. Sri Sri Ravi Shankar (three time nominee for Nobel Peace Prize award).
