I have an ongoing boot camp class and and during the class we do a variety of cardiovascular exercises, strength training exercises, and yoga. I will challenge you yet I'll be nice if you are a beginner! This is for men and women of all abilities. The class runs for 1 1/2 hours.

The cost of the class is $10 and you need to pre-pay through Pay Pal. Also go to www.thebootcampgirl.com to print out a health questionnaire on the services page.
