Hi everyone,

A boot camp class for all levels! This class will be a combination of cardiovascular exercise, strength training, and stretching. Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable workout clothes.

Make sure to arrive early and bring a completed PAR_Q form (on my website:www.thebootcampgirl.com).

A trial class is $10 and you can enroll in a session after that if you're interested.
