This fitness group is dedicated to the fun side of fitness with workouts and meetups that are challenging, exciting and motivational. I am a certified American Kettlebell Coach and personal trainer. My goal is to introduce people to a healthy lifestyle of proper eating, proper rest, healthy daily activities and enjoyable challenging exercise.
Kettlebells may be the ultimate conditioning tool but it is also fun and different then anything you have tried before!

This is a 55 minute workout consisting of an active warm up, full body and body weight exercises. It is dynamic and fun, plus you get motivated and sweaty next to some really great people. Arrive early to fill out a waiver and warm up a little on your own. Bring water and a great attitude!
