I started this meetup so fitness and nutrition enthusiast can get together and experience new adventures and continue to grow and learn about their own health and fitness as well as help the ones they love. We will have a variety of "Field Trips" to explore including healthy cooking classes, fitness/exercise adventures (let you imagination run) and just about anything you can think of that will improve your health and overall quality of life.
