This class is taught by Nina Ross - a Master Personal Trainer and 15 year veteran who specializes in core strength conditioning, extreme abdominal routines and bodysculpting.

There is more to working abs than the standard crunch. There are so many abdominal exercises that can be done to improve abdominal and overall core strength! I just need to show you!

No gadget or simple crunch developed my abs! Let me show you how to get a strong abdominal core in about 60 minutes!

Sign up for my class today! I take you through the paces in my fun-filled beginner group ab class! My classes are uniquely taught and are structured to give each member the personal attention necessary.

Together we're going to lean how to properly work your abdominal area quickly and with confidence. I will show you new moves you can use in your everyday workout program. And when you?re ready, we?ll advance to even more types of ab exercises! Space is very limited. Click to visit our website and register for this class today!

(smile!) Sometimes a little 'push' is what we all need - not easy to get started sometimes but I'm good at motivating others. Hope to see you at the meetup (and not under the speeding locomotive)! I'll get you going!

I'd rather jump in front of a speeding locomotive, but this may be the push I need.

Who attended?

    •  Nina Ross was excellent in showing me how to pinpoint the different sections of my abdomen. She isolated the top, middle, and lower parts. She was also instrumental in demonstrating how to get the best results from the exercises. This was definitely a "winner" event in my book, and I would definitely come again and again. If I keep doing these abdominal exercises, I know I would have a tight, strong abdomen and core. Anyone that didn't come missed out on some expert instruction. It was really cool, and rocked!
