P.B. Body Tone and Glute Boot Camp

This FREE, one hour boot camp gives you a full body workout using dumbbells and your own body weight as resistance. Our focus is on toning and strengthening the core and peripheral muscles. We place a big emphasis on the GLUTES, along with having exercises for the LOW BACK (two areas that tend to be weak and underdeveloped).

I've been involved in fitness most of my life; from being a personal trainer, fitness instructor, and sports enthusiast, to having been the director of a physical therapy clinic and health club. Come get a great workout, have fun, smile, and feel better for having improved your shape.

There are no dues or fees to participate.

(dumbbells can be purchased cheaply at most Walmarts or big box sporting goods stores. You do not need them to attend)
