BRING: Water, towel or mat, a pair of dumbbells that weigh between 5 and 15 lbs each (it's best to start light with these), and water. Did I mention water?

You don't need dumbbells to participate.

Kate Sessions Park is located in north Pacific Beach. Take Grand or Garnet Avenue to Lamont st (a traffic light), and turn north towards La Jolla. You'll pass Beryl st (another light) where Lamont then becomes Soledad rd. You'll first see the park about a block up on the right where there's a sidewalk leading up a grassy hill, but continue on up Soledad rd. to the street entrance, and turn right into the park. We'll be on the grassy area to your immediate left (look for the orange cones).
