Ocean County Walking Buddies & MNO Group

Hi & Welcome! I started this group for women like myself who need to get fit but find it difficult/motivated to go to a gym. How many times have we signed up and barely went but kept paying the expensive monthly membership fee. lol!.....With this group we will meet up for evening walks when our homes are settled down for the night. Most walks will take place in the evening but we'll also do some day/weekend walks. :-) Sorry guys this is a women only group! :-)

And, how many times have you just needed a night out with the Girls for your own sanity? :-) We'll post some MNO & MNI throughout the month.

So if your looking to get fit or just to get a night out and meet some new Moms please join our group and we can get do it together! :-)
