The Austin Fitness and Wellness Meetup

Purpose: To establish a network and community of people engaging (or wanting to engage) themselves in a healthy and fit lifestyle! I developed this principle for my clients and feel it could come into play with this group: The C.A.N Principle : You MUST clarify your goals. What do you WANT to achieve with fitness and or health You THEN Aim at your target through specificity. What direct measures are YOU taking to change? Log, discern, and decide when it comes to daily life and choices! NAVIGATION is the next step. Once you have determined where you want the direction to be, you must stay on the path designated to GET to that target you aimed at. Being lazy, making poor choices, and losing momentum will cause you to stray and maintain versus make drastic change. What will you do? This is the best place to come for encouragement, reliable education, and loyal workout buddies! But, make sure to engage in the meetings for the best results, and don't feel shy in telling me when a good time YOU think a meeting should take place.

Our next meeting:
Kinetic Movemement Greenbelt Run #1--
We will do a 45 min or so run through the greenbelt. The first run will be a moderate duration (feel free to go longer or shorter) and more single track nature trails that are off the beaten path (not too technical)
Of course my mission is to show you some trails you might not have explored yet! Let's have some fun out there getting to know God's revealing nature!
