 Go upstairs, we will be at the far left Look for a sign, Austin FIT, at the bottom of the stairs and at the top of the balcony 

We will be meeting at Whole Foods to get to know each other mainly. Secondly. I will be conducting several optional tests. First, a body comp. test with calipers to find out your fat and lean body mass quantitites. Also, a "bench mark" test of various components of strenth, endurance, reaction, and power.

You will gain understanding of proper nutrition guidlines for goal attainment, and also get to taste some healthy food!

Please call or write me if you are coming late. We hope to see a lot of Austinites that night!

    Hi Sara, I have a scale that measures weight, body fat, water, bone, and muscle percentages, which I monitor on a weekly basis. Can just bring that data in?

    So the caliper testing and fitness testing is optional (some might be frightened by it). Also, if you enjoy wine, please bring your favorite upstairs. Who doesn't like to kick back with a glass or two? If you would like to contribute to the meeting, feel free. I will have an envelope you can put donations into to help with costs if you so desire. I look forward to meeting all of you!

    Who wouldn't want to receive exceptional feedback and interesting ideas on the topic of Health and Fitness? The Answer: I think most who are excited about another phase of results, the de-motivated, the people who are sitting on their couch eating donuts, the people out there doing a race right now....those might be a few, just on the top of my brain. You can always encourage those around you to join in our group and get them to come to our first meeting...
