I'm a personal trainer and want to start circuit classes on Portobello beach. The sessions will consist of body weight exercises, boxing, kettlebells and sand runs.

The Porty Beach Workouts Meeting
Come prepared to have fun and work as hard as you like along with exercise clothing and a bottle of water.
It is up to you what you take from this workout, whether it is to get pushed really hard or come and learn some effective exercises and get some advice on how to improve your fitness and lifestyle.
Workouts will be approx. 1 hour long. Warm up, cool down and stretching will be included in this time.
