Who
- Anyone is welcome who wants to improve their health, well-being, fitness and have fun doing so.
Why
- I will be using some of the most effective exercises and equipment to help improve all aspects of fitness. Come along if you want more energy, get fitter, stronger, lose weight and learn how to exercise effectively on your own.

Details
Come prepared to have fun and work as hard as you like along with exercise clothing and a bottle of water.
It is up to you what you take from this workout, whether it is to get pushed really hard or come and learn some effective exercises and get some advice on how to improve your fitness and lifestyle.
Workouts will be approx. 1 hour long. Warm up, cool down and stretching will be included in this time.
