I welcome anyone that what's to improve their level of fitness and health in a positive way. This group will focus on streching, light weights, Tai Chi, Yoga, walking and bike riding.
We will meet every Sunday from 10:00 to 11:30. I will come up with a stable location shortly, so just bare with me!

My goals for this group are really very simple: I want to lose 10 lbs, become toner and more fit. I'm trying to get back into working out three times a week. This will be one of them, but I need help with the group. Please feel free to contact me in regards to teaching a class.

I'm looking to workout on Thursday nights. Please email with what gym you belong to and locations we can use at night. Fitness rooms at a condo, gyms, ect. would be best. Nothing that charges a fee. This Meet Up group is geared to be free, so please keep that in mind.
