I welcome anyone that what's to improve their level of fitness and health in a positive way. This group will focus on streching, light weights, Tai Chi, Yoga, walking and bike riding. We will meet every Sunday from 10:00 to 11:30. I will come up with a stable location shortly, so just bare with me! *** Please post a pic and file in your profile! *** My goals for this group are really very simple: I want to lose 10 lbs, become toner and more fit. I'm trying to get back into working out three times a week. This will be one of them, but I need help with the group. Please feel free to contact me in regards to teaching a class.

Our next meeting:
Light Workout, stretching, Tai Chi and potluck afterwards!
This will be our first meet up!
We will focus on light stretching and Tai Chi.
This event will be lead by Steward.
Please bring along the following items: Water, sunscreen, a towel and a snack to share after the event for our potluck.
*** Please be on time for the event!
We will start at 10:15 sharp and the event itself will last for an hour. The potluck will last aother 30 minutes to and hour. Read more
