I'm looking forward to losing 10 lbs, firming and toning. I'm trying to get back to working out three times a week and learning new forms of exercise!
I need to get into better shape. I have not done regular exercise for over a year and a half. I want to become more fit!
Yoga is a great one, but I need to learn a lot more about it. Tai Chi looks to be very kewl ... ;-)
Riding my bike around the lake at Eastlake. I jump on the bike right outside of my front door and go for 5 miles in about 30 minutes. I'm building my way up to 10 miles regularly!
