Introduction

Hi! I've been going to the gym for over 10 years now, mainly for toning and firming, and the occasional weight loss (when I indulge too much in good food).

What is your reason for joining this group?

I want to make friends with other wellness fanatics.

What type of exercise do you enjoy doing and why?

I alternate between cardio (stairmaster, Wave machine and treadmill) and weights.

What is your favorite location to exercise at and why?

I'm new in town so right now, it's the gym inside the condo.

What would you like to do after we meet up for an event?

Barbecue? :)

What other activities would you like to do with this type of group?

Group Tai-Chi, Yoga, Biking
