Hi! I've been going to the gym for over 10 years now, mainly for toning and firming, and the occasional weight loss (when I indulge too much in good food).
I want to make friends with other wellness fanatics.
I alternate between cardio (stairmaster, Wave machine and treadmill) and weights.
I'm new in town so right now, it's the gym inside the condo.
