Want to get one of the best workouts ever? Well, between learning punches, kicks, strikes, and the finer points of offense and defense, kick boxing gives you one of the best, most rewarding calorie burns out there!

We'll go through some basic conditioning, a run through of basic techniques, and then, some hell rounds of mitt and pad work that will sharpen your skills and just plain wear you the hell out. Ready for a real workout? Come on and get it!
Class fee is $10.00.

If you have your own gloves, bring 'em! If not, no worries, I've got everything you need!
Bring a towel, some water, and come ready to work!

Beginners and experienced kick boxers welcome!
