Do you run? Cycle, or Swim? Do you do one or two or these activities and would like to branch out?
This meetup will join several athletic activities to round out our fitness level.
Q. What fitness level should you be to join this group?
A. Any fitness level is welcome. We will encourage each other and have alternate route options.
Q. How often will this group meet?
A. There will be scheduled events generally six times a week.
The runs will range from 3-10 miles at approximately a 9-10 min mile pace. Occasional 13 mile runs will be scheduled.
Additionally, there are chip timed events that will be fun to join as a group. (See scheduled event on calendar June 28th)
The rides will range up to 25-30 miles, and the swimming will be freestyle at your own pace. The additional activities will include kayaking events, hikes, and rock climbing.
This group will help you get stronger and working together will motivate. The schedule is flexible and subject to change.
