Looking for fitness buffs who want to get a great outdoor workout!
Get out of your comfort zone! We will do various exercises on the hill and field and you'll learn new and challenging exercises that you haven't tried before. Andrew Eaton will lead the group in an intense workout (you can go at your own pace). We'll do a complete full-body workout and you'll learn the type of training that burns fat the fastest.
We'll meet at Brickyards Park, just north of Lake Cook and Pfingsten (park is on North Pfingsten, just before the RR bridge)
We will be there for about 45 minutes. Please bring water!
