I am a professional personal trainer in Raleigh. I have developed a very successful and fun "BootCamp" style exercise program. The program is based upon my experience IN THE MILITARY for over 16 years. There are alot of "bootcamps " out there ..being run by folks who were NEVER in the military. Please do not be fooled by them. My program is results oriented and very time efficient...There is no screaming or yelling..however I will motivate you to succeed!! AGAIN..I train you from REAL EXPERIENCE in the military and a law enforcement career!
I call it.. U.C.C.T. .. Ultimate Cardio Cross Training. The program is conducted in a group exercise format with barbells, dumbbells and your own body weight. The class also includes running, sprinting drills both indoors and out. I also train one-on-one at CU Fitness in Downtown Raleigh.

This class combines barbell weight training with cardio endurance training to take your workout to the next level. You will burn between 800-1100 calories per class and lose fat while building lean muscle. This is a true "Bootcamp" experience ..instructed by Tim...who WAS the military and law enforcement!! This is not a program called "bootcamp" taught by poeple who never served. It is the real deal, alot of fun, and very motivating!
