WHAT IS OUTDOOR FITNESS CAMP? IT’S FUN!!
The Camp consists of five basic types of exercise including:
resistance training – using weights, bodyweight, bands
cardiovascular – metabolic work
stretching and flexibility
some agility and speed
some plyometrics
And also can include:
Some Yoga & Pilates.....We do it ALL……
WE DO THE THINKING AND YOU JUST SHOW UP WITH YOUR GAME FACE ON!!!
