Come join in on the fun! We continue to be your Livermore's top Camp and the best rate at $160 every six weeks for 2 60-minute workouts per week. You can attend 2 up to all 6 days. Saturdays are ALWAYS free!

TUESDAY at 4pm.......or any OTHER day this week... MON WED at 10, FRI at 9. TUE THU at 4. SAT at 8

Enjoy the outdoors and get a workout while having fun with ladies with similar goals....

We keep it fresh... you keep it interesting! The ladies are back from the New Year and are changing!!! This could be you!

WHAT IS OUTDOOR FITNESS CAMP? IT’S FUN!!
The Camp consists of five basic types of exercise including:

resistance training – using weights, bodyweight, bands
cardiovascular – metabolic work
stretching and flexibility
some agility and speed
some plyometrics

And also can include:
Some Yoga & Pilates.....We do it ALL……

WE DO THE THINKING AND YOU JUST SHOW UP WITH YOUR GAME FACE ON!!!
