Rosann will read excerpts from her Memoir sure to inspire you to get up and DANCE.

JAZZERCISE HOSTS FREE OPEN HOUSE


The Jazzercise Center of Stamford will offer a citywide FREE Jazzercise Open House Saturday, April 18th at 11:30 am. We want to give you an opportunity to see what Jazzercise is all about!

Open house festivities will include information on the Jazzercise program and a free workout PLUS A BIG discount if you join at the Open House.. Admission is free to everyone, and participants should arrive 15 minutes prior to class and come dressed to exercise. Class begins at 11:30 am.

The 60-minute Jazzercise class includes a warm-up, high-energy aerobic routines, muscle-toning and cool-down stretch segment. Jazzercise combines elements of dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga, kickboxing and more to create programs for people of every age and fitness level. Jazzercise fuses dance, hip hop, kickboxing, yoga & Pilates into 60 minutes of cardio blasting, strength training fun choreographed to today’s hottest music. Every routine is fun and easy-to-follow. Each class includes an aerobic workout, muscle and core strengthening using weights, stability balls & resistance tubes and a total body stretch.

What is Jazzercise?

Jazzercise is a 60-minute class incorporating cardio, strength, and stretch moves for a total body workout. We’ve taken moves from hip-hop, yoga, Pilates, kick-boxing, and resistance training and bundled them into one hour. All ages, levels, and sizes welcome.

Got the first-class jitters? You’ll feel comfortable once you step into class. Jazzercise is a very welcoming and non-competitive environment. Instructors, as well as customers, are friendly and helpful so you’ll never feel alone.

Nervous about the moves? The moves are simple enough for everyone to follow. You don’t have to have any dance experience so don’t worry if you miss a step or two. Nobody is going to point, laugh, or look at you funny.

What kind of results can I expect? In addition to feeling great, you’ll see your cardiovascular endurance, strength, and flexibility increase.
