Why: Fitness training
The purpose of this meet up is to give you a FUN alternative to the gym that will transform your body. This meet up is designed for men, women and children of all fitness levels. It's designed to increase self esteem while decreasing body fat.
You should expect to do some light running/jogging, weight training, circuit training, basic kick boxing, jump rope, strength training, plyometrics, sports related games etc.
Each day is intentionally different so you wont be bored. The program includes exercises to firm your legs, arms, flatten your stomach and reduce body fat.
Nobody will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely.
