Ik ben deze groep gestart omdat er met mij mensen zijn die dagelijks willen bewegen. Verder wil ik proberen iedereen te stimuleren op een prettige manier in beweging te komen. Iedereen die wil bewegen, aan de conditie wil werken, af wil vallen en alle andere redenen die te vinden zijn om van de bank af te komen en activiteiten te ondernemen.

If you like: - hard exercise - being outdoors - meeting loads of cool, devil-may-care people ...then you'll probably like bootcamp. Workouts usually vary from 30-50 minutes and involve a lot of bodyweight workouts and high intensity interval training. What that means is you'll often be working very hard for a short amount of time (up to one minute), then taking a small break (around 10 seconds) and then repeating. This group is for those who like to go out for sporty activities around Eindhoven. I started the group because I like to go out cycling, running, or swimming after work and I'm looking for more people to join me. Also I like to create the opportunity for others with similar sport mindedness to organise their own activities.
This is a group for anyone interested in running and fitness. My goal is to get runners of all levels together for evening runs along the river once or twice a week. I would love to explore other running trails and areas in the city as well. It is much more motivating to go for a run when you are meeting other people to run with and is a great way to meet new people who have similar interests in running and fitness.
