I decided to set up this group after returning to London and finding no trampolining near me. I found the activity a lot of fun because although it was a way of keeping fit, it became a lot more for me. Learning new skills really tested my perserverance as a person. For example a poignant memory for me were the stepping stones I needed to undertake in order for my coach to say I was ready to ´flip´. It took me a while!
