This group is dedicated to promoting the sport of stand up paddle racing in St. Augustine, Florida. While we do have a couple of SUP races each year here, many of us would like to get together more often and push each other to train, get fit, and have fun on the water.

Training barefoot develops balance, better posture, strength endurance, and reduces injury. Our focus is to bring a level of understanding about your body, it's mechanics, and learn the art & science of being barefoot. Activities are unlimited: Barefoot & Minimalist (VFF) Running, Yoga, Qigong/Tajiquan, Pilates, Martial Arts, Outdoor Adventures, Health and Fitness, Clinics, Workshops & More! In addition we collect shoes for Soles4Souls organization.

We want to share the stoke and adventures of Stand Up Paddleboarding, because once you get on board, you will have so much fun, you'll be hooked and want to bring your friends and family.
