This is a group interested in running in South Florida. Most of our runs will take place in East Fort Lauderdale, but we do have a Sunday run that alternates between East and West Broward. All ages and level of runner or walker are welcome. The goal of this group is to support one another in our goals, whether it be running/walking for weight loss, running/walking your first 5K, training for your first marathon or half marathon, or just having some fun people to run with.
