Myself and my coworkers are runners looking for some motivation during the winter months. We work at element wellness located at 233 W North Ave (near North and Wells) and want to start a weekly running group. We will meet on Wednesday evenings at 6pm at element and go out for 3-4 mile run and come back. The best part is that our office is a raw juice and smoothie bar so all attendees will get a free juice or smoothie at the end of their run!
