This group is exclusive only for those who wants to participate all day dance/zumba fitness. The purpose of this group is to have healthy lifestyle through dance/zumba fitness and have fun while doing it. Everyone can join children ages from 4-12, and grown-ups, as long as they are able to do the dance/zumba fitness.

We're a group of moms who care about their health (not necessarily their weight), who want to have fun getting and staying fit with kids in tow. We have an awesome, fun workout meetup twice weekly that allows us not only to remain healthy, but to set a good example and standard for our chilren where fitness is concerned.  We're an organization that allows women to discover their abilities to play, laugh and grow along with their children.
