New Jersey's FIRST 90 Day Weight Loss Challenge! This meetup group is for people who are trying to get into the best shape of their lives and who enjoy meeting like minded people who share healthy lifestyle ideas.
This is a free exercise class sponsored by Shape Up NYC. It is held in the CYO building at Mt. Loretto, 6581 Hyan Blvd., Staten Island, NY 10309 on Wednesday nights at 7:00 p.m. The class consists of cardio, strength training, abs workout, etc. We would love to see everyone there, experienced or not. Must be at least 18 years old, and please bring an exercise mat. Also recommended is a water bottle. It's fun -- try it!
