Come hoop together! All levels welcome, whether you want to try hooping or are already a pro hoop dancer. If you hoop for exercise, to groove to your favorite band, to make new friends, to get in touch with your body, or practice hooping as a spiritual exercise, you are invited to join Saratoga Cloud Nine Hoopers. You'll receive updates on classes I'm teaching in the area as well as hoop events, jams, and creation of our very own Saratoga Cloud Nine Hoop Troupe.

This group is for women in the Saratoga County area who want to make friends, network, and enjoy fun activities during the week and on weekends. Our goal will be to plan monthly coffee breaks, lazy lunches, fun physical activities, day trips, and enjoy local events.
