The Rochester Walkers' Group is a great way to meet new people, explore new places, and to get outdoors and enjoy the weather. We usually walk about five miles at a fast pace in an hour and a half. I started this group in hopes that others will join me and share recipes, tips to staying fit, and eating healthy all while juicing lol. We can plan them at my house and we can do yours. We can each buy ingredients to make our healthy drink and share them with the rest of the active members. I'd love to schedule a meet up once a week/every other it that's possible. I figure not is it only a great way to stay healthy but a great way to meet new people.
This club is a great way to make new friends in the area and get fit at the same time... We run at least twice a week every week...we've become a pretty large club with our Wednesday run bringing in 20 to 30 runners and our weekend run between 5 and 15... Cya on the trails!!!
